Channel Launch Cohort

Put your program into practice. Learn alongside other brands.

Develop a product-access or sales-incentive program with peers from other brands and private, hands-on help from Incenify.

Channel teams should not have to learn every lesson alone.

An offer that seems clear to you may raise a useful question for someone else. Bring a decision you are working through; Incenify helps the group turn those questions into practical next steps.

Peers with relevant questions.

Learn with people facing similar decisions, whether they are new to incentives or bringing experience to a new initiative.

A reason to keep moving.

Return with something you tried or a question still open. The next session gives you a reason to put an idea to work.

Explore programs you could bring

Six working sessions. Your program at the center.

Meet roughly every other week across 90 days. Your brand’s launch follows its own readiness and approvals.

  1. Choose the opportunity.

Bring the audience and outcome you have in mind. Compare starting points and leave with a focused question for your program to answer.

  2. Make the offer worth taking.

Discuss what your audience values, which activity matters, and how the reward fits. Use the group’s questions to sharpen your choices.

  3. Walk through participation.

Follow the experience from hearing about the offer to receiving a reward. Help each other spot unclear steps and unnecessary effort.

  4. Read the response.

Discuss early activity and participant questions. If your program is still preparing to launch, bring a walkthrough or an open decision for the group to consider.

  5. Choose an adjustment.

Work through a change to the offer, communication, or experience. Decide what you would look for to understand whether it helped.

  6. Decide what comes next.

Share the lessons you want to carry forward. Each brand reviews whether to continue, adjust, or stop, with a recommendation from Incenify.

Private support for each brand

Shared learning. A program of your own.

Alongside the group sessions, work directly with Incenify on your program. Your configuration, data, and commercial details stay within that private work; you decide which lessons to bring to the group.

Your program plan.

We help define the audience, offer, qualification rules, responsibilities, and measures of success.

Your program in Incenify.

Platform access and hands-on setup turn the plan into an experience your team can review and put to work when ready.

Your next-step recommendation.

Private reviews work through questions, activity, and adjustments, ending with a recommendation based on what your program has taught you.

Explore the platform

Keep the people you can turn to.

The cohort closes with lessons to carry forward and a way to stay in touch. We’ll invite participants to occasional facilitated follow-up discussions, with the format shaped with the founding group.

Your decision about an ongoing Incenify subscription is separate. The relationships and exchange of ideas can continue as your work evolves.

A few practical questions.

Who is the cohort for?

People shaping a new product-access or sales-incentive program for partner employees, retail teams, dealers, installers, or reseller sellers. You may be new to channel incentives or bringing experience to a new initiative. A rough idea is enough for the first conversation; we look for a practical opportunity and a willingness to contribute to the group.

When does the founding cohort start?

We are gathering interest in a founding group of three to five non-competing brands. We discuss your goals and availability, then confirm the group, session dates, and individual scope before you commit. Registering interest starts a conversation rather than reserving a confirmed place.

What does the $5,000 cover?

The fee is per brand for the 90-day cohort. It includes platform access, hands-on program setup, private program reviews, and six facilitated group sessions. Reward spend and payment processing are separate. We agree scope and any separately priced work, such as additional integrations, before you commit.

How are confidential details handled?

Your program configuration, participant data, and commercial details are handled in your private work with Incenify. Group sessions focus on decisions, questions, and lessons you choose to discuss. We agree sharing expectations with the group at the outset; peer participation gives nobody access to another brand’s program.

Does every program launch at the same time?

The group follows a shared 90-day learning schedule. Each brand’s setup and launch schedule reflects its own materials, requirements, and approvals. We agree those dependencies and the engagement start date with you. The 90 days cover planning, setup, and learning from the work and activity available to review.

What if we need to start before a group is ready?

Start individually on Program at $1,500/month with a three-month minimum, including standard setup and launch support. The $4,500 minimum platform commitment is separate from rewards and processing. If you would like to join peer sessions later, the format and any additional fee are agreed separately.

What happens after the cohort?

You decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop your program. The $5,000 fee is credited toward an annual contract if you continue on that basis, and your program data can be exported if you stop. We also invite cohort participants to occasional follow-up discussions, with the format agreed with the founding group, so the peer connection can continue beyond the engagement.

Bring a program idea. Find people to work through it with.

Tell us what you want to accomplish and where you could use another perspective. We’ll discuss fit, the planned group, and timing with you. A rough idea is a useful place to start.
