Cohort questions
How many brands are in each cohort?→
5 brands maximum. We keep it small to ensure quality engagement and meaningful peer relationships.
How do you prevent competitors from being in the same cohort?→
We review each application and curate cohorts for non-competing brands. If a competitor has already been accepted, we will let you know and offer a spot in a future cohort.
What happens in the bi-weekly cohort sessions?→
Structured 60-minute calls. Each brand shares updates, what is working, what is not. We discuss common challenges and solutions. It is a working session, not a presentation.
Do I have to share confidential information?→
No. Share what you are comfortable sharing. Most brands find the peer insights valuable enough to be open, but you control what you disclose.
What if I need more than 90 days to prove ROI?→
We define success metrics together upfront. If you need more time, we can discuss extending at pilot rates before transitioning to standard pricing.
Can I skip the cohort and just buy the platform?→
Yes. Our Sprint, Accelerate, and Momentum tiers are available without the cohort. See pricing at /pricing.
What if I apply but do not get selected?→
We will let you know why and offer alternatives—either a future cohort or a direct Sprint engagement if that is a better fit.
