Acceptable use policy
Rules and restrictions governing use of the Incenify platform.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of the Incenify platform and services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices; (c) transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code; (d) attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (f) harvest, scrape, or collect user information without consent; (g) engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications; (h) impersonate any person or entity; or (i) use the Services to develop competing products.
3. Content restrictions
You may not upload, transmit, or store content that: (a) infringes intellectual property rights; (b) contains hate speech, harassment, or threats; (c) depicts or promotes illegal activity; (d) contains sexually explicit material involving minors; (e) violates privacy or publicity rights; or (f) is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for your content and must have rights to use it.
4. Security and access
You must: (a) maintain the confidentiality of account credentials; (b) promptly notify Incenify of unauthorized access or security breaches; (c) use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available; (d) not share accounts or allow unauthorized users; and (e) comply with security policies and requirements communicated by Incenify. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Resource usage
You must use the Services in a manner consistent with reasonable commercial practices and not: (a) exceed usage limits specified in your plan; (b) use excessive bandwidth, storage, or API calls that degrade performance for others; (c) conduct load or penetration testing without prior written approval; or (d) use automated tools to access the Services except through documented APIs.
6. Compliance obligations
You are responsible for: (a) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including data protection, export control, and anti-corruption laws; (b) obtaining necessary consents and providing required notices to users; (c) maintaining required licenses and registrations; and (d) implementing your own compliance controls within the platform. Incenify provides tools but you remain accountable for regulatory compliance.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
Incenify reserves the right (but has no obligation) to: (a) monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP; (b) investigate suspected violations; (c) remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP; (d) suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP; (e) report illegal activity to law enforcement; and (f) cooperate with legal investigations. Incenify will provide notice of enforcement actions where legally permitted.
8. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@incenify.com with details of the suspected violation. Incenify will investigate reports and take appropriate action. We may not be able to provide updates on investigation status for privacy or security reasons.
9. Consequences of violations
Violations of this AUP may result in: (a) warning and requirement to cease the activity; (b) temporary suspension of access; (c) permanent termination of account without refund; (d) legal action to recover damages; and (e) reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. The specific consequence depends on the nature and severity of the violation. Incenify may take action without prior notice if necessary to prevent harm.
10. Changes to this policy
Incenify may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version at incenify.com/legal/aup. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
