Participation worksheet

Make taking part easier.

People sign up, but don’t take the next step. Where do you start? Explore the questions below to see where people need help and choose one thing to improve.

Checking for a saved draft…

Your answers stay in this browser until you clear them; they are not submitted to Incenify. Clear your draft when you’re finished on a shared device.

Participation review

Start wherever you have a question.

Think of one group of people who use your program. Open a question, jot down what you notice, and leave the rest for another time. Every field is optional.

Add your program and audience (optional)

Can people find the offer and see why it matters?

Start with the message someone receives. Is it clear what they can earn, why it might interest them, and how to take part?

Do people know whether they qualify?

Look at the rules someone sees before applying. Can they tell whether the offer is for them and what they need to provide?

Can taking part fit into their workday?

Try it on the device they use at work. Notice where they have to sign in again, find information elsewhere, or start over after an interruption.

Can they send what you need without getting stuck?

Try reporting a sale, requesting access, or completing another activity. Are the questions clear? Is the required information available? What happens if something needs correcting?

Do people know what happens next?

After someone sends a request or claim, check what they see. Can they tell it was received, whether it is being reviewed, and what they need to do next?

Is the reward worth the effort—and clear to receive?

Ask someone in the program what makes the reward appealing. Can they realistically earn it, and do they know how and when they will receive it?

What would you try next?

One useful change is enough to start. You can add a plan now or save your notes and talk it through with your team.
